Right now I am typing with the Dvorak keyboard layout. I am going cold turkey from QWERTY, despite my ability to touch-type on it already. I estimate I'm typing at a lightning fast speed of 10 WPM.
I don't want to type anymore, but at least I think I'm making progress.
